We take shipping very seriously.  All of our Corals, Invertebrates & Algaes are packed with oxygen, triple bagged and shipped in a styrofoam lined box.  We check the weather for every shipment prior to packing and include a heat or ice pack as needed at no extra charge.

We have 2 flat rate shipping options available: USPS Priority Mail for $14.00 or USPS Express Mail for $37.50.   We can ship via UPS, FedEx or Air Freight via Southwest Airlines and shipping costs for these options must be calculated based on weight please Contact Us for Shipping Quote.

The $14 Priority Mail shipping rate is our most popular shipping method and we maintain a better than 99% shipping survival rate.  We have shipped thousands of orders via this method even as far away as Korea.  Order from us confident that your purchase will arrive alive.

We can ship up to 3 Coral Frags for this flat rate.   We can combine Algaes, Snails & Hermit Crabs with Coral Frags to also save you money on shipping costs.   The amount of items that can be combined into one box is determined by the types of items, your location and the weather at your location.   If you have any questions as to what we can fit in the box for the listed shipping rates, please E-Mail Us with the items that you would like and we can let you know if we can fit them in the same box.

Please select the $14 Priority Mail shipping option during checkout for our live animal shipments or if you want to ship via Express Mail please choose either the e-mail or credit card payment options at checkout so that we can either send you an invoice through paypal that is correct or e-mail you with the correct total and then charge your credit card with the correct total. 

Live Arrival Guarantee:

Our items are guaranteed for live arrival.  This guarantee covers the cost of the animal only and not the shipping.  In the unusual case of loss we must be notified via email and supplied with a photo of the DOA item within 24 hours of arrival so that we can take care of this for you.    A photo will be required to verify loss.

The following conditions will void the Live Arrival Guarantee:

Failure to notify us of any DOA's within 24 hours of arrival.

Failure to supply a photo of the DOA item within 24 hours of arrival.

Bad weather, Delivery Problems or Shipping Delays are taken on a case by case basis.
